If you have (or acquire dental insurance (or a medical policy with dental benefits, please understand that it may NOT fully cover all services that you may require.

Our practice requires current X-Rays in order to make accurate decisions about your care.

The federal Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requires that we inform you of how we utilize "Protected Health Information."

The State of California requires practicing dentists that perform restorations of teeth to provide a "Dental Materials Fact Sheet" to patients that desire to receive it.
